Every cookie tells a story.

Joyful memories. Indulgent moments. Rainy-day baking. Family picnics on a Sunday afternoon. At My Brother’s Bakery, we bring a taste of nostalgia to every deliciously gluten-free treat we create.

Who we are

Mom. Wife. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Baker.
Alexandra Olliver wears many hats and loves the way food connects all these roles.

Eight years ago, Alex was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Suddenly, many of the treasured recipes passed down through her family became off-limits. Rather than let go of those memories, she made it her mission to recreate each dish starting with cookies entirely gluten-free, without losing the joy and flavour they were built on. It became more than just baking. It became about preserving tradition and creating new ones with her own children gathered around the table.

Growing up in the kitchen, Alex honed her skills testing recipes and creating traditions with her dad. Now, she’s channelling the indescribable feeling of bringing people together through deliciously inspired food into My Brother’s Bakery: a concept that transforms cookies into connections.

How we work

Our kitchen is a blank canvas. Here, we develop cookies as custom as you:

  • Signature flavours become go-to favourites families can count on. Order a box for your next get-together or craving!

  • Limited-edition seasonal hits add extra pizazz to holiday tables. Follow our socials for special boxes you won’t want to miss.

  • Personalized recipes are always an option. From bridal showers and anniversary dinners to graduation parties and backyard fêtes, we’re up for unique projects baked with your dream cookie in mind. Reach out early. We only save a select few calendar spots for bespoke orders like this.

Why we bake

Because the best baking brings us together. And nothing matters more than that.

With thanks,

Alexandra & The Brothers who call her mom
