Q: Are all your cookies gluten free?

Yes! Every single recipe is baked in our dedicated gluten free kitchen. While we don’t yet carry the official Celiac-Friendly certification from MAPAQ (which requires additional steps for cross contamination protocols), we take great care in our process. Our mission has always been to create nostalgic, family-inspired cookies that everyone can enjoy… they just happen to also be unofficially, gluten free 😉

Q: How should I store my cookies?

Our cookies are best kept in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy them. If you’re saving them for later, they freeze beautifully and will last up to 4 months in an airtight container. When you’re ready, just let them come to room temperature (or warm them up for that fresh-from-the-oven taste!).

Q: Do you ship your cookies?

At the moment, we offer local pickup only. We’re working toward expanding our options in the future — stay tuned!

Q: Where do pickups happen?
Orders are picked up in Hudson, QC. Pickup details are provided at checkout.

Q: Do you sell at markets?
We don’t participate in markets. For the integrity of our brand and the quality of our cookies, we sell directly through our website. We want you to have the full My Brother’s Bakery experience, and market conditions just don’t allow us to maintain the elevated cookie standard we’re known for.

Q: Can I customize a box?
A: We sell seasonal boxes that rotate throughout the year, featuring our core nostalgic flavours. If you’d like a custom order outside of these flavours (or with just one or two seasonal favourites included), it’s considered a custom order. Pricing typically ranges between $5–$10 per dozen more, depending on flavours and quantity. We ask for a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for custom requests, just reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to chat about creating something special for your occasion!

Q: Do you offer catering or wholesale?
A: Yes! We’d love to be part of your event or partner with your café or shop. We are open to wholesale opportunities, and if you feel our brands are a good match, we’d love to chat. Please reach out to us directly to discuss.
